We understand you need your parts, and fast! We have thousands of items in our UK warehouse available for immediate (international) dispatch and offer free next working day UK mainland shipping to orders placed online over £35 for in stock items. We display live stock levels on our website and advise on how long you have to check out in order to get that part the next day (UK mainland customers)


Please note that stock does move quickly, especially during the biking season. We cannot reserve stock that's in your basket, so we would recommend checking out as soon as you are ready.


Don't forget, if you checked out online using your account, you'll have earned points on the order which you can use to get money off your next online order. Read more about this here



Enough of that. Where is my order?!

Occasionally, some parts are not on the shelf and ready to go. If this is the case, please rest assured we are doing everything we can to get this part in for you. We will have emailed you with a lead time shortly after you placed your order, so please check your inbox for communication from our customer care team. We will try our best to offer you alternatives which we think may be suitable, and continue to work with our suppliers to get your part out to you as quickly as possible if there's nothing that takes your fancy.


Please be aware that the ongoing global crises are creating material and labour shortages, which our manufacturers are doing their best to shoulder. However, these problems are creating some delays and we are in constant contact with our suppliers to keep on top of outstanding orders. We appreciate your patience while we work hard to mitigate these delays. Thank you for bearing with us!


Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order is on it's way to you. You'll also receive a tracking number from our courier which you can use to see where abouts your parcel is
