Please be aware that the ongoing global crises are creating material and labour shortages, which our manufacturers are doing their best to shoulder. However, these problems are creating some delays and we are in constant contact with our suppliers to keep on top of outstanding orders. We appreciate your patience while we work hard to mitigate these delays. Thank you for bearing with us!


Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order is on it's way to you. You'll also receive a tracking number from our courier which you can use to see where abouts your parcel is. We always select the most appropriate courier for each individual shipment. Most of these allow you to change your delivery slot to a time that works for you. Please make use of this on the courier's website or app to ensure delivery is convenient for you
